Did you know that anyone can be a Home Inspector in Iowa. Yes, a step ladder and a flashlight is it! I am a Home Inspector! I just relocate here from New York. We had to be licensed and have some formal type schooling. You should have the right to a home inspection. If your realtor did not recommend you having one, get a new realtor!! When looking for a Home Inspector, check their credentials.
