Default Des Moines...Prospect Park Area?
I am unfamiliar with Des Moines and wondering if someone can tell me about the Prospect Park area of town by the river? I'm looking specifically on crime, demographics, schools and housing. Any info appreciated!

When I lived in Des Moines it was a rougher neighborhood. Mostly lower income. I know a lot of those neighborhoods are getting renovated though. Maybe someone else on here can help out more.
