Welcome to Keokuk
I have a second home in Keokuk, and found the neighbors are all very different and we all get along great! I don't know who may be transgendered, gay, straight, Bi, or even what religion any of them are.
I do know they are warm, friendly, helpful, interesting, young, old, white, black and all very different. Each one is facinating............. Come on down,
