Default Oskaloosa/William Penn

Is William Penn a good university, especially for a prospective teacher? also, is oskaloosa more like a college town, or is the college separate from the town?

Oskaloosa is a nice place. I remember as a child there, it seemed small and nice. I went back for a year a few years ago. I must say it has changed somewhat..some good, some bad...but there are a lot of young people (college age) and they're bored. I've thought about moving back though because even though there are colleges around, it's still a nice place to live!
