By how, you've probably settled on someplace, but to the person considering the IL side of the river, I am sure there are some great places, but make sure you keep up with the goings on in Springfield, especially the huge budget deficit and there was some talk of pushing pension costs back on the school districts, which would cause a huge increase in property taxes.
