Housing near Le Claire, IA.
I'm helping my son find temporary housing near Le Claire, IA. He starts a new job next month and has a 90 probation period. He'll need a furnished place close to Le Claire with no lease for 90 days. We want a clean reputable place. Helpful suggestions appreciated.

I don't know how likely you are to find that in Le Claire - I'd look in Northeast Davenport for a month to month rental, maybe. Good luck!

Leclaire is a mix between small town and bedroom community for the Iowa side of the Quad Cities. The only thing I can think of would be Twin Bridges hotel next to the police station in downtown Bettendorf. It's a little trashy but set up for weekly/monthly stays. It's a straight shot to LeClaire. There's a few other short term hotels in Davenport.
