Lets see your justification for the statement about Ok. being at the forefront of racism. I can't wait to see your proof. Thats so ludicrous. About the innocent kids remark, their parents never should have put them in that situation. It's no ones fault but the parents. Oh, BTW, one of my good friends, a Mexican, 2nd generation had never been around many Mexicans. She watched the news, read the newspapers, and she was biased against Mexicans more than anyone I know. I've talked to her about being more tolerant of others. She's one of the sweetest people you could meet but she sure doesn't want her kids marrying them, or having to live around them. I'm sure you know also that most Hispanics are biased against the "white" people, whether you want to admit it or not.

Well, if you need "proof" to know Oklahoma and that portion of the country is still very racist compared to other parts of America you obviously know nothing about the racial dynamics of this country. Most rational people will admit states like Mississippi, Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, parts of Texas are still at the forefront of racism in America, although it does exist everywhere.
I have been to those states, the Confederate flag is alive and well down there. Wouldn't surprise me if the Klan based their operations out of Oklahoma.
And, your last point is so ignorant yet so common. Seems like every white person nowadays "knows" a Mexican who is against Illegal Mexicans, therefore all Hispanics who aren't illegal must think this way too. The interesting thing is that most of the Upper Class Hispanics (most of which you wouldn't even know are Hispanic) in America are not against them. It's usually the Mexicans that recently came up in the world who feel to stop being prejudiced against themselves that they must turn against their own. It's funny to meet a Hispanic who is totally against Illegals, yet he probably gets mistaken for one everyday of the week, that must be annoying.
LOL and if Hispanics are biased against Whites that poses such a threat to society because Hispanics just have so much power in this country don't they? There's not even one Hispanic Senator. You're using Hispanics maybe disliking whites as justification for them being racially profiled, harassed, called names and because Illegal Immigration has been made into such a problem it is seen as OK. There's even stories of legal Hispanics being treated as if they were illegal.
Truthfully, there's many sides to Latin culture and you've only seen one so it's impossible to reason with you. We should just agree to disagree.

I think alot of the racial tension towards hispanics in this country has alot to do with their behavior in OUR country.

Who cares if they still fly the Confederate flag? They have a right to do so, whether it's just about Southern pride or even if it's about hating nonwhites.
Many Mexicans in the US still fly the Mexican flag and view themselves as Mexicans before Americans and believe that the American Southwest really still belongs to them, but I suppose you'll say that's something entirely different.
The KKK is based out of Indiana, btw.

Again, more typical simple midwest thought. "Reverse Racism" is the real problem I guess. All I'm saying is there's more open racism in that part of country than others. It's probably strange to not be a racist over there as a matter of fact.
And not all Latinos in America are Mexican, you probably wouldn't know. I feel like I'm arguing against a wall (pun intended) of ignorance.

Hahahahahahahahahaha.... This is rich. The thing that really slays me about your posts is that you're trying to make yourself sound oh-so-much smarter than everyone else for stating things that are common knowledge. Not all Latinos in America are Mexican? Thanks for that tidbit of knowledge, Captain Obvious.
For someone who claims to have such a big problem with people stereotyping Latinos, you sure do a lot of stereotyping yourself.

You know, for as much as he talks about how basically everyone in the Midwest is so ignorant on these subjects, how does he figure he's so enlightened?
So what's your story, Ronnie? What makes you think you have more authority on these subjects than the people you live around (assuming you're somewhere in Iowa)?
