My son is currently 17, he will be 18 in January. He has a daughter born Sept. 7th 2007, unfortunatly we did not find out she was born until Sept. 23rd 2007, at that time we filed a motion for custody with the courts, the mother signed her rights away, long story short, the court terminated my sons rights based on lies the bio-mother testified to, we have to appeal within 10 days, of course we are however it costs a lot to do this, legal aid is not much help any suggestions?

Get a good attorney. I know it will cost money, but it is a better option than a forum like this. The only person who can tell you what options you have is an attorney who specializes in cases like this.
Good Luck |
