Was this sold? What's Farmington like?

I think it must have sold, I saw a notice posted the other day that the community fitness center was moving from the school building to city hall. I don't know why they would have done that unless the building was about to sell. But I haven't heard anything specific, and the county assessor's website still shows it being the property of Harmony school district. It takes them awhile to get that updated, though.

As far as what Farmington is like; well, it's small. And there aren't any jobs there to speak of. But it's in a very pretty area with lots of opportunities for outdoor recreation. And the people are friendly for the most part. The school district is fading due to declining enrollment. Property is usually pretty cheap and taxes are low.

Do you have any specific questions?

FYI, saw in the local paper that the school board has received an offer of $25,000 for the building and is going to have a special meeting to vote on it next week.
