Ron Paul is our last hope. He's the only candidate who just wants to leave us alone.

I'm puzzled by Huckabee's surge. I feel like he's running a subtlely anti-Mormon campaign against Romney, and it's working well.
As someone who grew up in Iowa as a Mormon, I can recall very little religious discrimination, at least that I was aware of. I had friends of all denominations, and it was never an issue. This was in Ames. Maybe rural Iowa is different. In any case, my experience is that Iowans are generally welcoming, savvy, and not easily manipulated.

No, he's soft on the illegal invasion, he's a crooked clergyman and corporate weasel from Arkansas (for Tyson, Wal-Mart, etc.), AND anyone who's not informed about his misdeeds needs to cut the crap. Check out his dealings in getting a Mexican Consulate in Little Rock; all done illegally. Do we need another crook from Arkansas for POTUS? No. Let's cut the crap.

Huckabee got the endorsement of Gilchrist, not the Minutemen. Most Minutemen are angry over this move by Gilchrist to get his face back in the limelight.
Gilchrist and Simcox are crooks, period.

Huckabee really scares me with his radical views. He is so against women's rights, believes that women should get paid less than men for the same job, basically wants to separate our country from everyone else-- this is terrifying to me. I can only hope that someone, anyone, gets in office but this man.

i would prefer anyone over huckabee especially after reading about his son torturing and killing that stray dog. how could you raise somebody that turned out that bad, plus he was recently rearrested. huckabee has so much baggage he would get killed in the general election against any democrat.
