Blair Ridge Apartments are in a decent part of town. They are close to a Walmart and a couple grocery stores. If they have a bad reputation, I am unaware of it.

Mustang - nice pictures, but you should also have included Maquoketa Caves State Park. I'm not aware of any other cave system in the state, it's VERY different than pretty much anything in Iowa.

Forgot about that one...good addition. There are a few other caves around NE Iowa (Spook Cave, Crystal Lake Cave, and Ice Cave by Decorah), but Maquoketa is probably the most impressive.

Not sure if this was mentioned - but there are also caves at Wapsipinicon State Park about 30 minutes east of Cedar Rapids. They are very similar to the caves at Maquoketa however fewer in number.
