Default Housing in Harris, IA

Does anyone know if Harris has any apartments or rental housing available?

gharberts, you realize Harris has a population of 200, and is a bit of a drive from any other population area? There were only 86 households enumerated in the 2000 census. Towns of that size pretty much never have apartments. There may be a rental house or two, but that will be it. There's more likely to be rental properties over by Okoboji, which doesn't look to be a bad drive, although they probably get a little pricey in the summer.
