Moving to Des Moines from UK (Windsor Heights, State Center: real estate, home, construction)

I'm English and getting married to a fantastic 'Des Moines girl' in March 2008. Having visited Des Moines on many occassions we have now decided to make this City our home (probably looking to live in or around Windsor Heights). This will involve leaving my UK job and selling my UK property and starting again in DSM.

I have been trying to find information on any potential employers in Des Moines for my profession. I'm a well experienced Consultant Project Manager acting for Property Developers on retail, leisure and commercial construction projects. I know CBRE (UK Commercial Real Estate advisors) have offices in Des Moines but can anyone provide names of other consultants or developers (or useful web sites) who may require my professional skills and talent?
