Best Pizza
If you have not tried it yet Upper Crust Pizzeria has the best pizza and best of all it is not a Harris knock-off like everyone else.

Harris kicks serious ass...Happy Joes has a couple of buffet spots around the Quad Cities that are killer.

Lived in Chicago, so ate alot of great pizza; but, in the QCA, Harris is the best IMO. However, last time I ordered a pizza there without a coupon I paid $25 for a large. It drove me home to learn how to make my own pizzas, and now that's all I do. $25 is ridiculous in the QCA...just ridiculous.

Boy, Godfathers brings back memories. The chain was based in Omaha, and like Happy Joe's, spread throughout much of the midwest. I think by the late 1990s many of the stores had closed up. There are still a few in Kansas City, maybe. Godfathers was pretty good too; much better than Pizza Hut.

I would love to try it when I'm visiting next month, but you don't say where it is.
Cheers to any pizza places that are keeping costs low. To the others, we know that dough, sauce, and scant toppings don't add up to $25.
P.S. I am from the QC area and have lived all over the place while in the military. I have found good pizza almost wherever I go.
I just want to say this once.
Dear people who are from the Quad Cities: Harris Pizza is nothing special. There are MANY MANY MANY better pizza places. Now we just have to con one of them into opening up shop in the QCA.

Anyone can say this about any business. I've been half way around the world a couple of times and haven't found a better pizza.

Well, I don't think there is a Quad City style pizza, let along any recipe for one.
