Small town (1,300 I believe) and is the county seat for Harrison County. It is considered part of the Omaha/Council Bluffs Metro area and it’s about 20 minutes from Council Bluffs, IA. I don't really know a whole lot about Logan. Here are a couple links...

EastCB is on a distinguished road
Logan seems to be a quaint town. Some new housing also. In the senic Loess Hills of western Iowa.
