i'm a new realestate agent and i'm not having any luck in denison getting started. there are so many realtors in this town that it is simply impossible. can anyone tell me some good places to start out as a realtor?

Probably a city.....Isn't Omaha close? Des Moines? Why don't you consider these?

I agree with everything Jasper just said. And I'm still going to go with what I said earlier, I don't think a saturated market in a small rural community will be the place to start...I would imagine those people already have there good rep in town.

I agree with every poster. Big cities there is more diversity in the market.
The sad truth about R.E. agents is that very few actually make enough to support themselves. I think it's less than 5%. Dont let that stop you though. |
