I'm going to guess (more like hope, really) that we're about done with winter. Maybe one more good one to bring us to around 62 or 63.

I'm starting to get concerned about flooding as well. Iowa City should be fine...only City Park'll get flooded out. But I'm hearing Dubuque could get as bad as 2001!

I'm hearing that if we get any severe rains in the month of March-- and especially if we get a few-- it will exacerbate flooding across the state. I am hearing that it could be as bad as 1993... Especially along the Mississippi, and don't be so sure, with 25 inches of snow on the ground during a big rain, all the snow has GOT to go somewhere.
