fine, allow it in casino's but ban that crap every where else. I'm sick of dealing with that garbage floating around with my oxygen.

It's not just the democrats as much as you'd like it to be so. This time they're all guilty of greed and cowardice. No surprise there at all...
My favorite argument through the entire debacle? "We should leave businesses alone and let them decide." Brilliant! I think we should do that for mortgage lenders, too.

FINALLY on July 1st, 2008 I won't have to deal with that crap in restaurants and bars. Now they just need to ban it on public sidewalks...

Well, your car and home are not really "public". I think whether or not someone can smoke in someone else's home should be left up to the person that lives in that home and not the law.

I'd be completely overjoyed if smoking became illegal altogether. And I hate sitting in traffic and having some jerkstores cigarette smoke drift into my car.
I don't care if people smoke in their homes(unless they have children) but if I am someplace in public and I have to deal with that crap I'm not going to be happy about it one bit.
