Mike, this country is not a dictatorship. We all have a very important role to play within the scheme of our system. The judges are not even there to dictate, nor are we supposed to be submissive to them, we are supposed to work with them, and we are also supposed to critique, and regulate their actions while they are on that bench.

Until you take the time to learn the role of the Judge on the issue of our city policy it will do no good for me to attempt to have a discussion with you.

Attorney Dario Zaffarano, and Story County attorney Steven Holmes do understand the appropriate roles, and that is why they spoke out!

What a sad thing to think that we all have to have an attorney on retainer!

Like I stated before we have a very important role to play within our system, and our failures to do such is causing our demise.

I have been wronged, but reality is the entire town of Nevada also has been taken to the cleaners!

Actually, Unlike Rhonda, I've never been kicked off a forum.

You folks who are complaining about this 1 thread are extremely luck it's only 1 thread and you don't even have to read it if you don't want to.

On most forums Rhonda will take over the majority of the threads and say the same thing on each one. Just be cognizant of the fact that it could be much worse.

Mike, if you don't like what I am saying why do you continue to follow me? You are one of the moderators for Iowalink.org. so I believe you can stay over there, or visit other threads on city-data.com.

I have every right to make my voice heard, because it does not take a genius to see that I have been the victim of corrupt, power hungry, city officials, and if I am going to remove them, and get justice, I have to not be afraid to expose their abuses. I also have to take the time to run for local office so I can ensure these types of horrible abuses of power never again happen . Atleast I am taking the time to make the changes, all I see others like you do is try and belittle, intimidate, and insult me.

Mason Peargate III, jmmather{mike}, Danielsard{Ames Guy} are all posters from Glurb.com and from Iowalink.org. I'd appreciate it if you just allow me my right to voice my disgust, and expose the facts for those people who take this dangerous type of corruption seriously, becuse to make changes it takes people who care about more than themselves, and are willing to do more than just complain! Actions speak far louder than words, and I have run for office in the past and will do so in the future, and this I do to ensure the dangers are stopped to ensure a safe government, and society for my children, I don't want them to have to endure the harassment I've had to endure!
