NO, it is not fair! I have given you the facts people of knowledge outside our city government do also believe I have been wronged, and I have provided you some of that proof! Those within are not going to admit this, as to do such will cost this town alot of money since I have taken the time to take it to court!

Once again you twisted what I said. You have given us opinions and called them facts.

You absolutely have a right to speak and you know I have always defended that right. What I said was if you would give us verifiable facts and quit slandering people I will no longer have to challenge what you say. Until that time I and others in Nevada will keep challenging the veracity of your statements.

Well I commend the City of Nevada. If my neighbors were keeping livestock within city limits, I would certainly hope the city I live in would remove the nuisance.

As long as I have known you, I have never heard you produce anything but "Rhonda facts", the kind of proof and facts that exist in Rhonda world, but not in the real world.

You go to multiple forums, whining, and looking for sympathy, and eventually every single forum has kicked you off, because you do nothing but bully, intimidate, and spam the whole forum and disrupt everybody else's lives. I am sure the same will happen here eventually.

I think it is interesting that you can't even manage to get along in a civil fashion with people online.... no wonder your life is such a mess. So far, you have talked about all the facts, but you only give your side. You don't mention all the complaints you have filed against neighbors and other citizens in Nevada. You don't mention the emotional screaming matches in the city council meetings.

You don't mention the hundreds of threatening letters, emails, and phone calls that you deluge the city of Nevada with. You even gloss over your criminal activities.

You try to paint yourself as the "innocent victim", when in reality, you get off on the attention you get. You are a bitter unhappy woman with a gripe against everybody, blaming everybody for the events you have brought upon yourself.

I had no choice but to file litigation if I wanted to get justice.

The issues of the March 21st. hearing are now public record if anyone wants to get them, but since nobody will I have the right to expose some of the facts from that hearing, as part of my right to petition for redress of grievances I've had to endure at the hands of Nevada city officials.

I have the Police chief's logs that were being kept againist me for all of my actions, phone calls, council meetings attended, issues I contacted city agents on, etc.

I also have been informed that alot of those contacts I made were audio recorded, and this was not brought to my attention by any city agents as they did so. I even on occassion asked our mayor, and I believe I asked our city administrator, and maybe even our police chief if I was being recorded, but you know if I asked one, the others were made aware of my question, and I was not informed of any such intentions by the city to record my contacts with any of their agents, but they were obviously doing such anyway, and I believe this brings entrapment, and conspiracy into light!

People of Nevada need to be warned of the underhanded tactics our officials are willing to take to stop a citizen from doing something the officials don't want you to do, as they have done this to me, and I do have these logs, and they are entered into exhibit from the March 21st. hearing.

People need to not be afraid to speak about the happenings in court, especially when they involve city agents, and those city agent's, and judges actions are to be known to all so we all can play our very important role to critique, and regulate the actions of those we allow, or hire to protect, and serve us! Our failures to play our roles is causing our demise, and allowing some within our system to be very abusive, and indeed dangerous!

Yes, I have filed reports on neighbors or citizens who have harmed me, or my family becasue that is the legal way to do it, I can't take action physically, or emotionally against them. This is what I have told everyone from the start I do not break the laws!

Yes, I have attended council meetings, because again this is the legal way to get city policy changed.

Yes I have contacted city agents when I have issues, because once again the only way to alert them is to contact them. I can't harass any citizens simply because I am unhappy with what our government is doing!

And finally you admit you have known me for sometime, and you insinuate you are from Nevada as you seem to know about our city police records, and council meetings, etc.

As I 've said I have done nothing wrong, and I do have reason to suspect a conspiracy, and entrapment within Nevada government against me, and Mason you just added credibility to my statements, and fact that I do believe you have very close connections to the city of Nevada!

I used to live by some Mexicans a few years ago that kept roosters in city limits and every morning at about six those damn things would start ****-a-doodle-doo'ing. I wanted to go over there and make pollo loco out of them.
