Also the judge could not legislate on what pets our city policy is to allow because of homerule. Regardless of the judges rule the city could, and did change that very code. The problem is the appeal should not be to the court, as the court can not legislate on city animal policy, but the appeal has to be to council who is to apply the appropriate law when we allow them to construct, enforce, and interpret our city policy. City policy is to be broad policy that does not dictate, and policy that is not arbitrary, or capricious. If you read my first posts and the words of attorney Dario Zaffarano, and Story County attorney Steven Holmes you'd see that city animal policy is not good policy, and indeed unfair, arbitrary, and capricious, and made with much badfaith, and malice toward me because I have taken the time to challenge city hall, and those within. Most people do not know the law, and this the city attorney, and his cronies preyed on, and continue to! |

Dario Zaffarano, and Steven Holmes would not lie, as they know the consequences if they do, and Don Juhl's lies, and misrepresentations are why he is so focused upon making me shut-up, and his intentions of malice toward me were also obvious in the March 21st. hearing. Don Juhl, and his cronies have for too long been allowed to do as they please without anyone taking the time to hold them responsible for the appropriate laws they are to use when we allow them to construct, enforce, and interpret our city policies. We all have the right, and obligation to be involved in said construction, enforcement, and interpretation of that policy, and we do not have to be submissive to Don , or any of those within, if we do not like our policy we have the right to change. |

Everybody mentioned is an attorney. Attorney's interpret the law and give opinions. Judges rule on the law and adjudicate accordingly. All that matters is what the judge believes. Since you didn't appeal in a timely manner you have chosen to wage what seems like a personal vendetta against the people you hold responsible for problems that you have created. It's time to move on.

Is all this comotion stemming from Nevada not allowing livestock within the city limits?

But I am not dumb, and I was not wrong to continue to fight! Don Juhl, and his cronies preyed on my feelings of insecurity, and beat me down trying to make me think I was dumb, and made me submissive to their interpretations of the law, and Nevada policy. They also tried to make me afraid of the court, and judges. I was my own worst enemy in that respect, but not anylonger!
