It's probably pretty close to as good as it gets, honestly.
Pella is a very nice and prosperous town (not "ritzy", but they've got a great local economy), I imagine teaching there would be a good deal.

I don't have a lot of good information for you, but whenever I've visited Pella, it seemed very clean. And usually when a town is s-p-i-c and span, the people are s-p-i-c and span too - which is a good sign.

From everything I hear, Pella is an awesome school district.
The only possible problem I could see there is that there is somewhat of a social hierarchy in Pella. Some students may come into the classroom thinking they're better than everyone because they're of a prominent family. I don't know if that's a problem specifically, but I imagine it could be.
I'm looking at going into education myself, and Pella would be a fantastic place to work. I suspect you'll have a lot of competition for the position!

Teaching in Pella
I was raised and grew up in Pella, went to school there. They have a very good school system there, which includes public schools and Christian schools, and Central College.Pella is a very church oriented town and I believe their crime rate to be very low. They have quiet a history that is built around their Tulip Time festival which is in the first part of May.The people are very nice there and will welcome you with some of the best hospitality you've ever seen. The churchs will do what they can also to make you feel welcome.I think you will really be impressed if you decide to teach there.Good Luck!!!!!
