Default Ruan Center
Does anyone know why the Ruan Center doesn't always light up red around the outline of the building? Am I missing something or did they just quit using the lights all together?

I always kind of wondered why it is never consistantly lit up either? I really do wish they would take those christmas tree lights off of the building all together.
