What are the best ISP's in Waterloo? I have Mediocre-com now, but I have had it with them. Are there any local ISP's that are decently fast in the area?

There are a couple of other local ISP's. Try X-Wires and Dynamic Broadband (same company). You can get DSL or wireless for $50 a month and don't have to have TV, phone or anything else. Dybb.com is their website.
