Default Janesville Ford plant up for something new?

I was sad to see another employer closing up shop in small town Iowa, but last week I saw something in a newsletter from Apollo Alliance: "The Citation Corporation, based in suburban Detroit, and a manufacturer of heavy-duty auto and truck bearing braces and gearbox covers and housings, said it was reconfirguring and would start manufacturing wind turbine parts." I hope Janesville can find a way to do something like this. It would replace jobs for those who were laid off, and it could keep Iowa on the cutting edge of greening our economy and fighting for independence from foreign oil. Apollo Alliance can be found on the Internet at apolloaalliance.com in the event anyone in the Janesville area is interested in finding out more about such a project.
