Des Moines / Ankeny Iowa Housing
My wife and I are empty nesters........in need of housing for approximately 5-7 years. We moved from Marshalltown to the KC area in 2003 with a corporate job. The corporate career job evaporated a year ago. Fortunately, I found a similar position in the Des Moines area; however we do not want to sell our Kansas property south of Overland Park, KS because we are considering retiring there........40-acres with ranch style house that we have been remodeling. Because of my age, I suspect my survivability in the corporate world is approximately 5-7 more years. If anyone knows of an HONEST retire couple that has an extra house that they would be appreciate renting to an FRIENDLY HONEST couple at a reasonable fee, I would be interested. Neither one of us smoke and our animals are staying on the Kansas farm.
