My sisters family is down on their luck in a child custody battle. They have spent all of thier savings, and have put their house and cars up, all to get money to fight for the rights of their child and grandchild.
If anyone knows of someone that could help them, please let me know ASAP, the grandchild is seven years old, has siblings, and wants to stay living with her Mom and grandparents.

I forgot to mention this is all due to a date rape situation, the girl was sixteen and a special education student with disabilities, and had gotten pregnant, his parents wanted her to have an aboration, she had since had the child, and he has victimized her, and now the seven year old child besides, and has exploited them.
He continues to bully them, and the situation into his favor. The seven year old has lived in a stable family home with siblings, and grandparents for the last seven years of her life. The system has failed the family, it has allowed him to victimize and bully the family, child and grandchild. His intentions is to take her out of the state of Iowa and move her away from the only family she has ever known to the state of Colorado. Some one please help them.
