If you like the Blues, I could suggest a couple of things in my neck of the woods:

1) River Music Experience in downtown Davenport. It is a relatively new museum which specializes in chronicling the Blues and other river music derivatives (Cajun, Zydeco, Jazz, etc). I've been through it once and was impressed. Mojo's Cafe is also on-site and features live music quite often, some of which is of the Blues variety.

2) The Mississippi Valley Blues Festival also in downtown Davenport. It has been around for over 35 years and has grown into one of the most respected Blues fests in the nation. Any fan of the Blues would really enjoy attending the MVBF.
