Keokuk Iowa 1972-1973
My husband was born in Keokuk, Iowa and is hoping to find something out about his birthfather. His mother's name is D. Barnes and all she has told him is that his father was a foreign student at a college. We have looked through yearbooks at the library but no luck. My husband looks Middle Eastern and was born in October 1973. If anyone has any knowledge of his father, even a rumor without a name would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance! (I also posted this in the People search but thought it might get more attention in the Iowa section).
