the Chinese are already desperately in need of more fresh water. The entire southwestern region of China has been in drought. The Yangztze River is way down and large boats can't even travel down it. In addition, the river is horribly polluted just like all the rest of the main rivers in China.

it's going tp take more than Nepalese prayer wheels to stop the Chinese from coming for your water.

I would like very much to see the results of a study such as that, or maybe male vs female. I stop for all that need help. I take no payment even when it is offered. I leave them with one request though and that is the next time they see someone in need of help that they stop. What goes around comes back around.

Coming from a large city, I will say I was shocked at how racist Dubuque is. Not just with their racist codewords (Those people from Chicago = blacks for example) but outright hostility towards non whites. And yes I am white, and no I am not from Chicago.

By the way, the fact that people here openly use Guinea Grinder as a sandwich name, an ethnic slur as a sandwich name, shows me how painfully unsophisticated and racist Dubuquers are.

And only in Dubuque would I be asked "do all those kids have the same dad"? For such a judgmental bunch, they sure have lax morals when it comes to childbearing.

My daughter was told we live in a ghetto because we live near blacks. We live in a nice home on a nice block in a decent neighborhood but kids on the west end call it a ghetto. They also make fun of her disabled little brother. One kid on the bus worships Hitler and hates Jews. Going to the administration just got her in more trouble.

There are good things about Dubuque but tolerance isn't one of them. It is unbelievably racist and bigoted.

they came pretty close to getting it right but I believe they still held back from backing it a 10+ hot. Guess they're afraid of potential liability problems for burning up an American customer.

i think people should respect each other no matter what skin color u have or what country u come from. i have worked with blacks and people from other countrys and lived by blacks and people from other countrys and talked to them. to me i dont care what color your skin is or what country u come from . to me people are soo discremenating. when i was a teenager i had some people who found out my granpa was full german they said i was an enmay my grandpa wasnt even in germany when hitler was in charge he was an us citzen his dad came from germany brought his wife over to the us in the late 1800 . my mom is mosly german her mom was only half german my dad is half german.
