Smile Iowa City/Coralville a Great Place To Live

I moved to the Iowa City/Coralville area 22 years ago and it offers everything a family could want. First there is a very good school system, superb medical facilities, almost unlimited choices of eating establishments, a good network of biking/hiking trails, A super mall, and friendly people. Hope this helps in your decision of where to move.

Default davenport

I go to Iowa city a lot, for football/basketball games. I think it is a very clean town. Theres a major university there so theres always nightlife and events going on. Its close to Cedar rapids a city with about 120,000. About a 45 minute drive from davenport (quad cities) about 400,000. you might not want to go to the QC though, lots of crime, good chance you might get robbed or shot. Overall Iowa city is a good city to live in.

I went to college in Ames and then later moved to a town close to Iowa City. I shopped there in IC and had a baby there too. Both cities are very nice so either one would be a good pick!!
