Hmm that leaves: Little Cedar, Lime Springs, Lake Mills, Lakota, Ledyard, Lake Park, Little Rock, or Larchwood.

Is it right off I-35? If you know what highway it's off of, that will help tons.

If it is right off of I-35 in north central Iowa, I bet it was Lake Mills.
