I am looking for a way to find some of my long lost relatives who were born in Kirkville in the late 1800's to early 1900's. They were my grandfather's children from his first marrige. Does anyone know an address of such an entity either in Kirkville or Wapello county? Such as a historical society or birth records at the county level so on and so on.
