And your point is? Several states have the drug tax requirement, another tool to put dealers in the pen. Your other sites are old laws that have long since been decodified.

These are called blue laws and are in many states from 'the olden days'. Just enjoy them and smile, or maybe write a book about them and make some money.....this might be one of the things to do on a snowy Iowa day! (this is corny Iowa humor from a born and bred Iowa girl)
