Don't blink or you'll miss it, not too much there. It's halfway between Counsil Bluffs and Sioux City, 50 miles from either. That might explain the population drain, makes for a long drive to work. At least you would have Onawa just up the road for minor shopping needs. It might be good for someone that has need to drive to both CB and SC on a regular basis.
