I will be a project manager on the new wind farm near Mason City and I was looking at options to rent for 4 - 5 months close to Clear lake or on Clear Lake

The Clear Lake Chamber of Commerce compiles a nice list of rentals in Clear Lake. Where To Stay - Cabins & Cottages

It is a resort town - so if you need accomodations during the prime summer season, it can be pricey and certain weeks (particularily the 4th of July week) are difficult to reserve.
