Default Moving out of IC - Property Management options for house?
DH has accepted a job offer on the west coast and we're moving this summer. I'm exploring our options and would like to look into the possibly of hiring a property management place to take care of renting and tenant issues for our 4BR house if we don't end up selling at a price we're happy with. Approximately how much do these places charge for such services? And can anyone recommend some companies to consider (or avoid)?
