Default Moving to Keosauqua...need help!

Hi all!
My husband and I are moving to Keosauqua from Phoenix and are having a hard time finding what we need online. Does anyone have a good site to apartment hunt or find homes for sale by owner? Please post anything you think may be helpful...we need someplace to live by the end of May!
Thanks so much

Wow that is a move...I love Keosauqua, small town along the river. Great People. From Phoenix to a Very small town in Iowa..wow..the transitional feeling would be like running on one of those airport conveyor belts (phoenix)...once it ends your fast pace is stopped dead in it's tracks.

Unfortunately, I can't find anything for sale by owner online either. The Van Buren County newspaper isn't even online...

I did, however, find some realtor's sites that have Keosauqua listings, which you may have already seen:
Keosauqua, IA, Real Estate Listings and Keosauqua, IA, Homes for Sale - REALTOR.com®
Boley Real Estate - Iowa Residential Homes & Commercial Property, Farms, Acreages & Hunting Land

I've visited Keosauqua and I think it is a nice town, although I agree that it will be quite a drastic change from Phoenix. However, with a name like "iowagirlatheart", I imagine you know what you're getting into.
Good luck on your move!

my family is from Keo, really you won't be finding many, if any apartments. It's just not an apartment town.

Say hi to Betty Perkins (my grandma) if you see her, she's a sweetheart
