I haven't rented from Bruce, but I have met him, and know him by reputation. He seems to be a great landlord. He's all about rehabbing historic homes in the neighborhood where he lives, so its not like he's one of these absentee landlords that you can never get ahold of. Last time I looked at the website for Summit Lane, I believe it said that he even mows the lawn? I don't know many rental houses that come with that service.
