My family is relocating to the Des Moines area.
We will be looking and ready to buy the 2nd weekend in June.
We have preapproval letter and excellent credit. (even the banks agree) I would prefer a new home min 4 bd would like 5bd. We are a family of 6. 3 car garage a must. Would like walkout or daylight basement. I have searched most of the MLS on market. Do you know of a home that isn't listed yet and will be hopefully done by end of June. Looking in the Waukee, Clive, Urbandale, Johnston, West Des Moines area. 360,000 is my high point. That 2nd weekend in June we will be living in Temp housing so we would like fast close.
