Default Dubuque Residents' Thoughts of Their Local Newspaper

I was wondering, what are Dubuque residents' perceptions of their local newspaper, the Telegraph-Herald? It would seem that Dubuque is a large enough community that its local paper could print (and defend) real journalism.

Is this the case?

For everyday Joes, is the T-H heavily relied upon for news and information?
