HAHAHA, are you joking? Like all 3 million people in Iowa like in one or two apartment complexes?
Maybe throw out a.....city or something.

They're both in Davenport, which the poster said they are moving to in a different thread. Both are towards the low end, pictures online or not.
I would say both should be avoided, along with everything in the triangle between Kimberly, Eastern, and 39th Street. There are a lot of police calls out there. Different companies have tried cleaning up this area with I would say limited success.
Winding Hills, across Eastern from these apartments, is better but still not great.

Both are trashy but vandalism is prob'ly the worst you'd have to deal with. I'd live in 'em

Yeah. Over the years I've been to parties at both and my lil brother just got evicted from Colonial a few months ago. I mean they're kinda ghetto but then again so am I. I'm a white dude who used to live on the corner of 6th and Brown. Ask around about that corner.

Well I'm not trying to party. I just wanna raise my two little girls without having to mace someone in my apartment everynight. How bad can it be compared to Detroit Michigan I've been here for the last 19 years.
