Few CB questions
So I've been offered a job in Omaha and see that the property taxes are lower in CB. But what I cannot seem to find is exactly how low? Can anyone give me a rough guess as to how much (percentage wise would be nice) the property tax is? I think I saw somewhere that its roughly 1.3%? Another question would be if anyone can give me any ideas as to how much HOA fees can run me. I'm just doing a cost-analysis to see if it would even be worth leaving the military to take the job.
