Default Cell Phone Service in Iowa City/Coralville

Hi,

I'd like to get your opinions about which company has the best network, and least dropped calls in the Iowa City Coralville area. I can't decide between Verizon or AT&T (Cingular). Which company has more towers here? Most of the reviews online were from a few years ago, and I'm sure things have changed by now.

Thanks

I have U.S. Cellular, so I'm just going off of hearsay here, but most of my friends have Verizon and I've never heard any complaints. I think Verizon would be my pick between the two.

I also have US Cellular..and would give them a slight edge over all other competitors in Eastern Iowa in terms of coverage/service. This is particularly true if you travel in rural areas. If you want a national carrier, I have generally heard better comments about Verizon than At&T as far as coverage/service in Iowa.
