This is my first "post" ever, so I hope I do this correctly.
I would like to find a furnished, handicap accessible house or apt. or condo in or near Iowa City to rent for a few months. It is my desire to bring my mother "home" to see old places and relatives before they're gone. I am a born and raised desert rat and all I hear about is her good memories of family and home in Iowa. I don't expect mom has a lot of years left and she is disabled so if I am going to drive all the way out there with her, we are going to stay awhile. I have tried finding my way on the internet, but not had any luck finding what we need. If any one who lives in that area is familiar with someplace that might work for us, please let me know.
