Question What happened to the ethanol plant that was supposed to be built outside of Blencoe?
I was just back in Blencoe recently for my brother's funeral and was shocked to find that the ethanol plant had never been built. Land had been bought and it was supposed to have been built and in operation by now. An ethanol plant could give Blencoe some new life. What happened to the coming plant? Did they decide to build it somewhere else?

Ethanol plants are in financial trouble and many are struggling to keep plants open and scrapping plans to build new ones.
