My wife and I lived in Burlington for 2 years. I'd never rent an apartment on Division street, especially in that neighborhood. There are much nicer areas of town. Keep looking.

You'd probably be happier in a trailer park. Look at Newbury Village, Blackhawk Village, Burlington Apts, Midtown Gardens, & Carrington Point. Avoid Pine Ridge, Maple Hills, & Greenway.

I will be moving to Burlington, IA in January. I am looking for a one bedroom apartment that is cheap and in a halfway decent neighborhood. Any ideas?
