I have been employed at a non-profit organization for over a year and have never missed a day of work. I also was voluntering to work any over-time, go to fund raisers, etc. I had an incident a few weeks ago and turned in a co-worker for sexual harassment. This co-worker's supervisor blew off the oligations and so I went above that supervisors head. Last week I got pulled into an office and was terminated for Theft of Time. That was also after my scheduled had went from my normal hours to really "crappy" hours. They wouldnt commit on the whys or hows but said that the minimal procedure was termination, no warning, no nothing. I have several Degrees in this field and am so scared I wont be able to get another job because of this "theft" charge. Any suggestions???

What does the theft charge exactly mean Danny? Explain that because I don't understand. If this is something that you feel is unfair I would go to an attorney that works on contingency cases... I am not sure of the specifics but if it has anything to do with your harassment complaint that is totally wrong and you shouldn't let it go..
