Possibly moving to Eldora (city hall, crime rate, home)

My husband and I are in the process of deciding to move or not to move to Eldora. He is from the small town. I am from California. We enjoy the thought of a simpler, safer town, but I am worried that it will be too small. I enjoy staying home with my children, but I also enjoy meeting up with other moms for playgroups and such. If anyone has any opinions or knowledge of Eldora, I would greatly appreciate it.

Eldora is a great community to live, work and raise your family. The school system is excellent, crime rate is low. The community offers a new library, new family aquatic center, trails, childcare centers, parks, museums and much more!

You will find many young people who enjoy getting together for functions and youth sports etc. Yes, it is small but you are a quick commute to larger ciites.
