How close is this to Des Moines? Does anyone know anything about Ladora? Thanks.

Ladora would be about 1 1/2 hours from Des Moines. I lived in Victor, which is 5 min. from Ladora for about 3 years. My husbands company moved us to AZ in March. Just sold our house in Victor a few weeks ago.

Forget Ladora. It has a Post Office and a convenience store and that is pretty much it. The town is extremely small and ran down. I would look elsewhere to live.
